//// Diploma project
>> An experimental pilot sociological study case that explored the circadian rhythm in correlation with the predefined team working time patterns.
The rhythmus project, with the help of the students from the Institute of Sociology Basel, set it up a research platform to test different current working styles and their impact on group dynamics, creativity and efficiency.
The experiment took place for one week, in the quiet village of Senones where the 9 participants were divided in three teams. Each team was given the same exact task and had 6 days to complete it. Each team worked in a different room and they were not allowed to discuss the status quo of the project with the other teams. The teams, were not only provided with the same task but also equally accommodated and received the same exact information and resources.
As each team had the same task to accomplish within the given time, the difference between the teams was that they had to work under different working patterns.
